Objective: The aim was to create a method that eases the onboarding process and makes "complicated" topics less overwhelming. To facilitate this process, I animated a mascot.
Challenges: The main challenge was finding a consistent element that could serve as a guiding star in simplifying complex topics.
Outcome: By focusing on keywords and using illustrations, we managed to reduce redundant enrollment calls by 40% over four months. This efficiency freed up customer service representatives to address other pressing issues.
